OUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE FUTURE -
BÜLOW TOWER PURCHASES ITS OWN RAINFOREST

We have purchased a 700 square metre section of rainforest so that we can help protect one of the most important and valuable habitats on earth. The rainforest is both renowned for its enormous biodiversity and acts as the green lung for our planet.

Our section of the rainforest is located in the Loreto region of Peru and is permanently protected by N-Projects S.A.C. Peru. Our involvement here is not just some sort of sponsorship. Rather, we have actually acquired ownership of this section of the rainforest. Thus a huge circle of co-owners has been created that is actively and powerfully working to bring an end to the activities of logging companies, the timber mafia and poachers. The area is also protected by a contractual clause that prohibits any forestry or agricultural usage of the land.

Moreover, N-Projects S.A.C. Peru carries out regular monitoring of the reserve. This is accomplished through inspections and the involvement of the local population.

The reserve:
The current rainforest reserve covers an area of exactly 261,000 square metres, which breaks down into exactly 5,222 plots of 50 square metres each, and is located in the Loreto region of the Maynas province, Iquitos district of Peru.
